HUMAN POTENTIAL is a fashion brand based in South Korea.
The Company was founded in 2008 by Dowon Kim & YK Rebekah Kim.
YK studied digital media at Otis College of Arts and design and technology at Parsons School for Design.
After dropping out in her senior year, YK came back to Korea and launched the brand with Dowon.
The brand started to gain attention with printed leggings and t-shirts.
They strived for the motto “Quality Before Quantity,” and focused on every little detail to make the best product.
They attended Bread & Butter in 2009 in Berlin and the Magic show in 2010 in Las Vegas.
HUPOT garnered a lot of attention during both shows.
In 2011, They started exporting to Hong Kong, Beijing and Japan.
They are now shipping worldwide to people in the US, France, London, Denmark, Sweden, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, Canada, Japan and Hong Kong.
